The Center for Advanced Studies hosts bi-weekly colloquia open to all Tübingen community members. Colloquia feature local scholars working in the fields of archaeology, genetics, linguistics, and paleoanthropology. Members of the center, including students and fellows, present results from the laboratory and field. In addition, colloquia are an opportunity to critically review publications, new methodological developments, and prospective research projects. Colloquia are held Thursday afternoons at 13:00 in room 604a (Institute for Archaeological Sciences, Rümelinstr. 23). Below is the list of past and planned colloquia.
